Trying to find great local real estate market information?
With everyday bringing some new news about real estate markets from California to Florida, trying to make sense of the local San Antonio real estate market can be frustrating. Usually the news channels are positive about the Texas market overall, but we're not Houston, Dallas, or Austin - what we need is local information. And even when you find information on the housing market in San Antonio, it's often outdated or not specific to your part of town. We all know that homes on one side of town don't sell quite the same as homes on another side. We all know that 78231 and 78250 are two completely different areas of town and therefore their real estate markets work differently. Generalized data doesn't work and answers few questions.
