I have exciting news! I wrote three offers in one day! How can anyone say the Columbia, SC real estate market is down when something like that happened! I have never done that before. I think the public is finally speaking out. They are tired of listening to the negative media with daily segments titled "Survive in 09!" They are tired of the doom and gloom. They are starting to listen to the market experts instead of the media.
In case you were still wondering...it IS time to buy a new home. 
It IS time to invest in real estate. It IS time to use the low interest rates to move up to a bigger home. 
It is time to stop renting and start owning.
