Janna - It doesn't surprise me that they are flying the Mexican flag above ours, but the fact that ours is upside down is very disturbing. If you knew where this was located I would gladly work on getting it corrected. - Mike

Janna:  The usual symbolism of flying a flag upside down... is one of distress.  It usually is done to convey a time of extreme trouble.  So, I am thinking this is either a careless mistake, a kids prank, or a sign of a political opinion that the country, or the school... is "in distress."  Just my two cents.
