The market is right for buyers out there and we are reaping the benefits of providing exemplary service through the acquisition of new accounts via referral. These are not just any referrals. Instead, they are our absolutely favorite kind of new business- 2nd generation referrals.

In just the last 2 months, a former tenant of ours went on to become an investment property owner and signed up their rental with us in Antelope. Their reason? They stated: "We remembered how thorough you were on qualifying us for the rental, and how responsive you were throughout our tenancy, so we could think of no one better suited to manage our first rental." You are so right. Second-gen referrals are about as good as it gets for me, got one in escrow right now and working with another.

Last year I had multiple closings like that. One was a young man and his new bride, he was 6 months olds when he parents first purchased from me decades ago. Another was a young client who had a 6-year old son, and he was 6-years old when his parent purchased from me. It's been fun watching these families grow over the years.

Thank you for your comments and compliments. It is nice to measure our success by the overwhelming ratio of satisfied clients, rather than falling back on "we must be good, because we grew by more accounts than we lost". Growth means very little if your account base is always in a state of perpetual disappointment.
