Today I am Blogging a Survey

  Much of this survey is to find a common thread of what a remarkable agent does to promote themselves compared to just the mediocre agent. Yes there will be instances that more than one answer applies to the question. No there are no right or wrong responses just truthful answers.

We are all in this together as the high school musical song goes....

This is a great survey -- wish I was a realtor so I could participate!  Since we work with a wide variety of agents on a regular basis, I have seen a VAST difference between the service, quality and professionalism different agents offer!

Shannon: This might motivate me to do a similar survey for professional stagers.  It's important to share what works for us.

I did take the liberty of answering some of the quuestions though. 1) b 2) b 3)what? 4) a with a consultant review recently 5) f 6)c 7) um?  8) I only know regular and drip in terms of coffee 9) c 10) b 11) a 12) NA and 13) my favorite question of all...to help someone else become a remarkable agent?  Learn to use professional stagers as part of your marketing team so you can market remarkable properties in ANY price range.
