Metro Brokers Latest Innovation - Mobile Phone Website! m.metrobrokers.com

By
Real Estate Agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage

Metro Brokers / GMAC Real Estate has launched a website specifically for internet enabled cell phones.

m.metrobrokers.com

It is more streamlined and simple than our regular website www.metrobrokers.com, it appears much faster on cell phones which don’t have the fast Internet connection of a computer.

The new mobile site includes the most important features in a simple, easy-to-read format:

  • Find a Property – Access to every property on metrobrokers.com including all photos and directions
  • Google Maps integration.
  • Find an Agent – Look up an agent’s contact information, office address and even send an email with smartphones.
  • Find an Office – Get office addresses and directions.

The mobile version of metrobrokers.com is a major benefit for both consumers and agents. Now, sales associates are able to pull up properties from FMLS, GAMLS and NEGAMLS, complete with Metro Brokers proprietary deduplicating process, at any location with cellular service. Plus, buyers have access to agent information, properties and office directions wherever they go.

To view the mobile site on your computer, go to m.metrobrokers.com.

To view it on any cell phone, simply go to metrobrokers.com.

So many times I am driving around with Buyers, they see a yard sign.  They say "why isn't that house on our list to view"?   I am sure it wasn't in their criteria, but many times can't remember why.

When I got my Palm Treo (I call it a Palm Crapo), was hoping I could load properties on the Crapo. This functionally doesn't work on my phone.   Also we have 2 MLS systems, when I try to use the MLS on the cell phone it takes about 5 minutes to get the info and sometimes its not on that MLS.

Now I can pull up the data quickly and it doesn't matter which MLS the property is listed.
