Well having a booth at a local trade show where approx 20,000 women attend I got 600 Ballot box entry's for one of the 4 prizes I was raffling off! THAT IS AWESOME!
Of that 600 I received 150 "direct" leads where they checked off the box noting that they were interested in Decorating or staging (MOSTLY DECORATING) I don't believe i got any actually for home staging now that I mention it!........now that's a thought!
Following up is the HARDEST thing to do! you call and no one answers, you need to decide if you are to hang up and call back at a different time or if you should leave a message and see if the clients will call you back. I've decide on the first one, to hang up and to call back at a different time. I didn't want to leave this decision to call back on potential client's plates because life is busy & I don't want them to "forget" These are important leads and it is just easier if i keep following up. Hopefully one of those direct leads will end up in an apt!
I'm all prepared with discounts for booking immediatly as well as signing them up for my NEW E-LETTER! This will keep me on the top of there mind at least once a month with decorating or staging tips!
So right im finding my one appointment in that million....(it's only 600 technically) so hopefully that one will technically be about 50 (estimating use though out the whole year)
Very excited to follow up and I'll keep you posted on the stats of how many booked out of that 600!
