In the Northwest Arkansas area it seems that when I tell people what I do...even with many Realtors, that they only think of staging vacant homes. (Which I LOVE to do!) But I have geared my marketing efforts toward reaching the homeowner of occupied homes. Any professional stager only needs to look at their local MLS to see how they could benefit owner occupied homes.
Here are some photos of a home that has been on the market for 11 months. These homeowners are about to loose their home, I only wish that they had called me sooner. The homeowners told me that they can only hang on for about 3 more months. Their excitement of what I showed them of what could be done gave them so much hope. I do not wish to be a homeowners last hope, but if I can help these homeowners make a sale and help save their name and credit then what I do will be so worth it!
After talking with the Realtor this was the feedback she was receiving: 1) The home seems to small... easy fix! 2) That the home even though not that old seems dated, again easy fix!
The transformation of this home will be so awesome and I can't wait to show you the after photos! I gave the homeowners a "homework" list with a deadline for the end of the month.
I can't guarantee these homeowners with a sale , but I can guarantee to create more interest and activity for their home, and working with their Realtor we will double their online presents and current activity! The good news is that even after 11 months on the market they still have activity, about 2 showings a week, so this in its self tells me that there is great potential for this home!
As I moved through this home with the homeowner removing some items along the way, the homeowner could not believe the difference that I made in only a two hour consultation! She told me that she worked until midnight that night, packing away her items because she understood what I was telling her! She GOT IT! How great is that!
