Another Beautiful Carolina Village Home Beaufort, SC UNDER CONTRACT

By
Real Estate Agent with Cherimie Crane & Associates

What happens when quality construction, by a reputable builder, meets style and affordability?? Homes sell, and they sell quickly. Matter of fact they sell so quickly that open houses and community tours never seem to take place.

I couldn't be more excited about my joint efforts with  NBM Builders. We met just months ago to devise a home that not only would meet the rising demand for affordable homes, but exceed expectations as well as the competition in the below 200K price range.

Buyers are constantly amazed by the interior detail and incentive package. At least twice a day someone asks me, "What is the catch?".

There is no catch.

For 195K,buyers receive a 1500 sqft home constructed of Hardi plank that boasts beautiful hard wood floors, ceramic tiled bathrooms, granite counter tops, IPOD docking station with speakers throughout including the 2.5 garage, and Renai tank-less water heaters!

Not to mention, $6,000 paid closing costs!

Gorgeous Live Oaks drape the entire community. As a Realtor I am extremely proud of what we have accomplished and thoroughly enjoy selling such a tremendous product.

What a bargain.  This is a very livable property with style and just what is needed by the consumer after the quest for the McMansion.

Homes like this are available in my area too.  However, they are going to be located in areas at least 75 miles from employment centers and not practical for many.

Of course, in our area, the buyers, due to conditioning, would also want a basement.  There goes the budget.

Lenn,

The beauty of this community is it is directly in the MIDDLE of Beaufort, which means only 8 minutes to Historic Downtown, 5 minutes to The Sands Beach, less than 4 miles to Parris Island Island Gate, and only 25 minutes to Bluffton....not too bad at all:)

Wow that is a price and home that you don't find easily in our area.  I  would have buyers lined up around the block to purchase one.  Congratulations!

Cherimie, that sounds like a home run to me.  What are the taxes on something like that?

I like how the other homes in the community have that lowcountry look, why are you guys not building more of that style? Those homes stand out compared to the ones on the slab.

GR- Thanks for reading. We can't seem to keep up the homes are selling so quickly..it seems that no one minds the slab....I am happy to talk with you about the community and building options. There is a home for sale that is on a crawl space, possibly you can contact that Realtor.

Yes, I've shown that home to clients and it is beautiful. They are looking at homes in Bluffton that are in that lowcountry style and offer more community amenities. Thank you. - GR
