It is good to get in and see if it works. At some point YouTube will be more real estate oriented than it is. I will always believe that it is better for the individual agent to be doing this and never the broker, as people buy the person, not the broker. Though heavily on YouTube, I am not a big fan yet, but I am sitting in postion ready for their move to a more friendly site for real estate buyers.
