"Mama Liz"

What does it mean to be "Mama Liz"?

 A few years ago, one of my Agent-Owners in the Johnnie Dodds office of AgentOwned Realty began calling me "Mama Liz" --- Tim Rogers.  He said that I acted like a mother for all of my Agent-Owners.

What is a Mother?

A Mother gives birth or either adopts --- Mama Liz has adopted all of her Agent-Owners.

A Mother holds your hand when there is a crisis in your life --- Mama Liz is there for her Agent-Owners through thick & thin.

A Mother puts band aids on your scratches  --- Mama Liz has put many band aids on contracts for her Agent-Owners.

A Mother laughs with you on good occasions --- Mama Liz loves to laugh with her Agent-Owners when they have successes

A Mother sheds tears with you on sad occasions --- Mama Liz is there with an arm around her Agent-Owner and shedding tears with her Agent-Owner.

A Mother picks you up when you are down --- Mama Liz is there with encouraging words & laughter to pick up her Agent-Owners.

A Mother trains her children to be successful in life --- Mama Liz is a trainer and great encourager

A Mother is there when you get married --- Mama Liz is there

A Mother is thrilled to become a Grandmother -- Mama Liz is right there with her Agent-Owners and knows her Agent-Owner's children

Looking at things this way, I would have to agree that the title of "Mama Liz" fits me --- I love it and feel so flattered to have earned the title.
