Success Partners Retreat ~ After Hours
Twice a year this fabulous group that I am involved in called Success Partners gathers. We are lead by the talented, gifted and unstoppable Cheryl Fairbanks.
Each time we meet with our group and come up with a strategy list of things that we need to address. These things range from the business oriented to the private. Sorry, can't give the details as each meeting is an unspoken code of silence. The life information that is shared has to do with life in general, how to be a better business owner, better REALTOR, parent, spouse and so forth. Each time we come together it seems that our challenges/goals vary depending on whom is participating and what challenges they are currently facing. This could range from a personal crisis to the market to someone trying to reinvent themselves. Which makes for some great lessons to the rest of us that get to listen in.
I have been involved with this group for about five years now. The people that participate in this group are some of the most talented that RE/MAX of Texas has to offer. We are all over Texas and meet to share privately. I have found that the people that participate in Success Partners are top of their game. They are not agents that you would think would need to be involved in such a group. Honestly, after meeting this sharp group I thought that these were such Agents that may not need to be in a "self development/learning" group. I think not.
They are a honest, hard working group of people that love to learn and want to improve their life as well as those around them. What they have found along the way (as I have) that when you consistently work on these items your business either increases, is streamlined, you implement new ideas or you do away with. So, in essence because we are still learning about ourselves, we are improving our production.
This April we met at the T Bar M here in New Braunfels, Texas. We had a great time of break out sessions but, mostly importantly fellowship.
How wonderful is it that I know some of the most talented, savvy REALTORS in Texas that I can now refer anyone moving about and know that they will be taken care of.
