Many people STILL believe that Short Sales do not close and that they are waste of time!
It's not only an awesome way to help people in need but a great way to save neighborhoods from yet another vacant home! These sellers were in distress when their 'Pick-A-Pay Loan' was going out of control. In a declining market- when property values are only decreasing--their loan balance was going up! Luckily their mortgage was with Wachovia, which is an AMAZING lender when it comes to helping people in need. Wachovia quickly approved the short sale and we were able to get it sold for less than half of what was owed! If you know anyone in this situation --Please let them know there is help. The worst thing you can do is NOTHING.
