There were 666 single family sales in just the month of March 2009 in Cape Coral. Up from 281 in March of 2008. The average time on market is down along with the prices. That is why they are selling so fast and that is why we are running low on property to sell. With this trend the prices will be going up and the opportunity of life time will also be gone.
