Apr 2009 residential real estate sales volume in Athens - Clarke County, GA showed a decline of almost 5r.8% in the 12 month sliding sales volume from March. The average Days on Market (D.O.M.) rose again by almost 2%.
Both the average and the median sales prices remained virtually flat and are both above what they were a year ago.
