Hello Everyone,

I am so proud! I finally figured out how to put my rentals in here for you to eat your heart out. Well, I need a little help, but then, what the heck.

You could all be in Hawaii now, just enjoying peace and tranquility.

This one won't be here long, like I will probably rent it tonight, but here it is for what it is worth.

I am off to Kaaawa! Wish me luck.

Aloha Jerry * I lived in Lanikai for several years and when I had to go to Hawaii Kai, I drove around Waimanalo way to watch hang gliders on the cliff. I used to love watching Magnum driving the wrong way to get to "Robin's".

3BR/1BA house in Lanikai in mid-70s was $450 and the drive into downtown Honolulu to Davies Pacific Center in the morning was breath taking over the Pali.

Aloha Wallace; I had no idea you are Kamaaina! The first 3BR home I rented in Kano was $125 and I had a heck of a time affording it. Lanakai was totally out of the question. Interesting how the TV can turn a scene around like that. Robin's home is actually pretty small. The hang gliders are still there, but not often. Thanks for commenting. Jerry

ALOHA! This is great! If our rentals came with YOUR view, we'd never have a vacancy! Husbo and i have to make that trip to Hawaii soon. Watching hang gliders sounds terrific. Jerry, doing property management there probably has less challenges, right? Your ad is a sure sell.... and that price is amazing!

Ahhhh, we have pleanty of challenges, but when one is in Hawaii, life is good. I could throw in my NUGAA Principle here! Life is Normally, Usually, Generally, Almost Always Good! Then, cometh the tax man! Enough of those thoughts! Time for the beach!
