New to Real Estate? Find a Niche

By
Real Estate Broker/Owner with Richard Bell - Windermere Peninsula Properties

For anyone who is new to the Real Estate Business and who becomes a Realtor it can be challenging to find your place.

Everyone will tell you to Find a Niche. Discover your forte.

Easy to say but not always so easy to do.

Real Estate is a rewarding profession. There are some who do it for the money but for the most part we do it because... we love it.

There are great rewards in this business. There is no reason why you can't do well. The trick is having the right tools.

The Real Estate Business is far more than putting a transaction together. It is business planning, managing your time, creating a system, marketing, ingenuity, recreating yourself in the current market and giving it all you've got.

Putting the client first will always win in the end. Placing yourself in a business environment that you love will help to create success. Learn from the past and live for the future and you will have the career you dreamed of.

Even more...you will find your niche.

That special little something that you excel at because you love it.

Simple. Available. Infinite Possiblities. Defined...Enough S.A.I.D. about Niches.

Nice.  It might be useful for people to comment on their favorite niche to give others an idea.

Great post Richard, you truly have a lot more success when you can narrow down a niche and really work at it.

Great post. A niche can be a great thing. It makes you the first person people think of when they need someone who specializes in that particular Niche. I love working in LakeLand Village.-Dinah Lee

So true. When I first started I thought I'd like to somehow work internationally but didn't quite know how to go about it.  It took some time but I finally arrived in "my niche" and I love it!  And you are right, when you love it, you will excel!
