The lasts couple of weeks it seems things are picking up. There have been more showings and calls. Only time will tell if we have hit bottom and things will level off and start turning aound here in the Beautiful Flathead Vally. Have any other places out their seen this? I believe in my heart that this coming season will be the start of the turn around. There are many Great buys out there and the interest rates are at there lowest. If I had some extra cash, I know what I'd do with it. Pass the word around that "NOW IS THE TIME TO BUY!".
