Another important aspect of the buying process is to get a preapproval letter from your lender. Basically it’s just a simple letter that says you have been prequalified for a loan with that institution. A lot of real estate agents in our area like to see these letters so that they know that you are a truly qualified buyer. Just ask and the lender should have no problem getting a copy of this letter to you. I originally posted this in my Eau Claire Real Estate Blog.
