Thank you for answering the Phone!

Oh how I feel your pain. Not just agents not answering the phone but the companies that somehow think that having a 3rd party taking showing appointments is better. When I cannot get thru and end up having to call the listing agent anyway.

But I do not complain too loudly because every phone call they do not answer is another person that needs to call me. I will answer.

Oh my gosh....it's maddening!!!

The only thing that makes it even worse is when the calls don't get returned.

How do you spell RUDE ?????

I answer my phone if I'm here and I usually a.m.

It's money calling.

I do wonder how much business I get, just because I answer my phone! I hear this all the time, when I answer it. Why people?

I work with lo't s of great people but there are some that make my job difficult

If an agent does not want to pay for a showing company then they should be answering their calls and calling back with showing instructions.  What gets my goat is when they call two days later.  Never mind at that point.

Thank you for the inspiration on my post on this subject. I can't understand why people would not answer the phone when every time that phone rings it has the potential of being a commission check.
