The Flying Car - When "Science-Fiction" becomes "Non-Fiction" look to "Terrafugia"

I've always been a fan of James Bond, and particularly liked the gadgets in the original movies.

Over the years, those "science-fiction-like" gadgets became commonly used in everday life.

Remember the tracking device in "Goldfinger"? Now we have GPS Navigation systems in our cars.

Remember the tiny camera in one of the old Bond movies? Now we all have pocket-size digital cameras.

And it went on .... so when I saw this video on CNN I thought it was really cool and worth sharing.

It's about a company called Terrafugia.

Check it out.

Greg - You were right. The first link I posted was bad ... sort of a "crash landing"?!!

I've repaired the problem.

That is a great concept and looks to be successful.  I wonder what the FAA regulations are regarding these planes?  Be interesting to see how it rolls out.
