The buzz word in real estate sales is 'THE INTERNET'. I would venture to say any realtor worth their salt has a website. And along with that are pictures of the real estate for sale. So how does that stand out from the rest of the pack. You say the words I use are really thought out. The reality of it is that people searching for real estate want the bottom line, they want to see the property. We all know the longer a potential buyer looks at a particular property, the more they see themselves in it. What can you do to keep them looking longer, at least longer than they look at the competition. If you will take a few minutes and look at what AlamoAreaVirtualTours has to offer, you may see yourself in a unique situation of providing your sellers with the key to faster sales. Check out http://www.alamoareavirtualtours.com/tour-window Then check out the featured tour on the home page and you'll see why my interactive tours are simply the best.
Had a visitor to my open house yesterday that came because they saw my virtual tour of the home. Said they wouldn't have thought of it otherwise... The only way to go... I do set them up individually with their own url.

Darren, I like yours much better. Mr. Hoback's tour makes me dizzy. Sorry
Hi Ron, did you click your mouse over the picture. Then the auto will stop and you will be able to move around as slowly or quickly as possible. I agree that on auto it is a bit fast. Thanks for the comment. Perhaps there needs to be some instruction for the viewer. All comments welcomed. Thanks again.
