I'm just curious as to how or if any of you team leaders hold meetings for your teams. And if so, what is the environment like? (i.e. bar setting, restaurant, meeting room, etc. etc.) Also, is it more of a fun, informational type meeting or a serious, only business type?
We have team meetings and ours are usually out at different restaurants each time or somewhere with entertainment. I try to make them not solely just business but fun of some sort. It has been very successful for our team.
