Market seems a little hot and cold right now. Last week not much for me at least, the week before busy busy busy. Hopefully this week we get busy again. The weather was good this weekend and usually when the weather is good business is good. It seems better out there, but still have not seemed to turn the corner. Maybe it is just me. I talked to another inspector who is a friend of mine and he has said it has been the same way for him. I have talked to some agents and all of them are saying it is picking up for sure, but mostly foreclosures and short sales. It is work that is good
