Dan and Amy, people have to remember that the non bank owned homes that are not possible short sales still have to compete with the ones that are.

Pat, you are so right. While there is nothing wrong with buying a bank owned home, some buyers get so focused on buying one that they miss out on even better opportunities on non bank owned homes.
