Mr. Liess

We own 23 two family houses in Rochester, we are looking for a good property manager in Rochester NY, to help us get our property cash flowing the way it should be. You were recommended by my attorney and another property manager in Rochester that is not taking on new clients, to help me with our Rochester Investment in the US.

I have been doing my research on you and your firm and I like what I see. Please email me, are you still taking on clients?

I would like to keep investing in Rochester NY, we are looking to bring our portfolio up to 50 properties within the next 12 months. We are looking for properties that can brin over a 15% CAP RATE. The properties that we currently have are all producing cash flow fine but I need to have an honest, Professional and licensed Brokerage. My current manager is not a licensed broker and I need a professional company to handle our portfolio. I look forward to hearing from you.
