Can anyone tell me where common sense has gone? I know this was something that was in short supply at times but now-a-days I think it may be completely gone.
This seems very true in our business today but now its leaching out into everyday life!!! Where did it go - oh where did it go??
Thoughts?????? I would be very curious to know what NC Mortgage Brokers think about the common sense behind the latest appraisal legislation?

I assume you mean as far as our country's policies and spending? I think we have too much fantasy in our world and we don't see it as it really is. Too much tv, movies, advertising the good life, etc. Now the party is over and time to pay. Big Time!

Sandra - I would say the party is definitely over! But at the same time - though the party is over - people still need to think and use their brains. Here lately there just seems to be a lack of that everywhere.
Common sense isn't so common is it? How about we start to call it what it is, uncommon sense?
