I've been a Realtor for about 8 years with a small local company. I hit a "wall" about 3 years ago and just can't seem to increase my business. I'm always busy and feel like I should be producing way more than I am. A few of the local KW agents tell me how great KW is and how KW can help me figure out the "business side of the business" and that my business will probably explode once I figure it out. I would be moving from a 95/5 split to a much lower split with KW, which is the biggest issue in the decision making process...
- Has anyone out there had this experience with moving to KW from a "high split" company?
- Anyone make the switch within the last few years and see the "explosion"?
- Anyone make the switch and sorry they did?
- Give me the rags to riches... the good, bad and ugly... I want to hear it all.
