The Summer of Soul Cometh

Education & Training with Sell with Soul

It's going to be a wonderful summer in SellwithSoul Land - lots of fun stuff happening!

First, I've put together a series of teleseminars (some free, some not-so-free) on a wide variety of soulful topics of interest. If you're already on my mailing list, you'll be notified of each as they come up or you can check the SWS Calendar for topics and dates.

We're also releasing the SWS Referral Network where you can find like-minded agents across the country to refer to (and, of course, they can find you!). It will also be available to buyers and sellers among the general public who are looking for a hard-working, ethical, knowledgeable, soulful agent just like YOU. No cost to join the network, but you will have to commit to a SWS Code of Ethics, of sorts.

And, most exciting (for me, at least), the release of my next book - the sequel to Sell with Soul, entitled "If You Aren't Having Fun Selling Real Estate, You Aren't Doing it Right!" The ebook version will be available in June, followed by the hardcopy near the end of the year. It's a Sell with Soul for more experienced agents.

I must confess, I really struggled with the idea of charging money for my previously-always-free teleseminars. I SO enjoy putting them together and then reading all the appreciative commentary afterwards. But as I dived into the process of creating my Summer of Soul Seminar Series, I realized how much freakin' work goes into each seminar. Like, three hours setting each one up (that's before I write any content) and at least two hours afterwards - so if I was going to commit to the Summer of Soul I'd promised, I was looking at 50 - 70 hours of un-billed work. Well, darnit. Yeah, kudos are great (seriously great), but I just can't convince myself (or my business advisors) that it's a responsible financial decision.

Wah, wah, wah... yeah, I know, poor Jennifer.

Anyway, I tossed some numbers around and while I was pretty enamored with the idea of charging $99 for the package, I settled on $49. So, for JUST $0.50 A DAY (blech), you can enjoy a whole summer of Soulful Teleseminars on a variety of topics I think you'll enjoy.

I'm positive you won't be able to make each and every seminar ('cause I know you're busy with your buyers and sellers!), but no worries! All will be recorded and available to you at your convenience.

So, $49 buys you at least 8 (and probably more) 60-90 minute programs scattered throughout the summer - almost one a week, actually. We start on June 6th and will finish up around Labor Day.

Welcome to the Summer of Soul, my friends!!!!! Have a terrific Memorial Day.

Jennifer- I agree with Ann sounds like a busy summer!  I would wish you best of luck with the new book but you don't need it.  Your stuff and philosophies are great.
