Can Keller Williams Really Help My Business Grow?

Hello Everyone,

I have been a Realtor for 8 years now at a small local company with a 95/5 split. I hit a "wall" a few years ago and can't seem to move my production to the next level. I'm always "busy" and feel like I should be doing much better production than I currently am. A few of the local KW agents have been telling me about the systems and how KW can help me figure out the "business part of my business". My main reluctance about moving to KW is the much lower commission split than I currently have.

I want to hear from all of you KW agents...

• Anyone go to KW and explode your business?
• Anyone make the switch and are not thrilled?
• Any words of wisdom?
