It is highly probable that all of you know about Miami's wonderful things it has to offer (and sometimes not so wonderful tropical storms). From the Real Estate point of view, I can positively say that most of Miami's residential areas have reached its bottom line as far as prices are concerned making it a great time to renew the purchase process of properties which already shows signs of substantial improvement compared to last year's statistics. A huge number of "short sale" and foreclosure properties have already been purchased and prime properties can be bought at fantastic and realistic prices.
