There are buyers out there. It is just hard to get them to actually buy. Lots of lookers and lots of showings. What I am finding here in the Summit County area is that the under $400,000 price range seem to be moving along just fine, well, not fine, but better than this winter. it is the over $400,000 range that seems to be a bit tougher. I have lots of listings in this range and am just wondering if there is anyone out there who has any magic words of wisdom on getting buyers off of the starting block and into the title company?
