I am receiving increased new account activity from these communities. Investors are buying one and two properties at a time to rent up. With such low values many of them are being purchased withcash deals and 15 day escrows--this allows our management company to aggressively market the home and place well qualified tenants in very short periods of time. Many good deals are out there and even more willing, qualified tenants waiting to fill them.
