If you believe some experts...the recession is over...while in a position to know the details we'll never know...I'd be glad to share the information with anyone and everyone...skeptically quoting the source of the representation...as they are presented both pro and con.
Certainly if interest in the low end of the market is any indication; we are heading in the right direction...8371 Quiet Canyon was placed back on the market last week and has achieved the desired outcome....'short-sale' approval on Friday led to multiple parties willing to accept the banks position of $500K with no credits/offsets over the long weekend...including the current escrow that was subject to cancelation. Forward we go to a projected June 15th, closing or sooner with Ted Learakos and Coast providing duplicate funding to insure we get to the finish line.
Looking back last week at the sale of 905 W. Autumn there were 30 plus offers...MV was assigned Minot in Anaheim....currently occupied by over a dozen 'squatters' that will need to be evicted...the owner died earlier this decade....and a vacant house in Chino Hills that will be available soon....a lease for $1950 a month at 2078 Mariposa in Placentia....
In less than an hour at 8:00 am the team will gather for our weekly meeting...the focus....."Going once, going twice, for the third and final time...Sold it! Sold it! Sold it!" .....
