To keep yourself and your family free of swine flu or any type of flu you should:
1. Wash your hands constantly with soap & hot water or antibacterial solutions
2. Avoid touching your eyes, nose, mouth and face in general
3. When leaving a public bathroom try not to touch the doorknob
4. Try to avoid the hospital & contact with anyone who is or may be sick in any way
To keep yourself in good health you should:
1. Get enough sleep
2. Eat a well balanced diet
3. Try to keep your stress to a minimum
4. Notify your Dr. of any unusual symptoms
For those who really want to be careful you can wear a mask!
Good advice Debra, I am working on solving 1 & 3 of your second list. But I would have to wear the yellow mask for sure!
Debra - Good summary of yet another round of flumania. Thanks for the advice.
Hi Deb, well, working on getting enough sleep, most of the time is not a problem, but if you notice what time it is..... I woke up and no luck getting back to sleep.
Now as far as those masks go, I like the first one, LOL. Might look a bit funny on me though.
And the other thing is a pet peeve of mine. Not always possible NOT to touch the door knob in a public rest room. Makes me nuts when they don't have paper towels to use to open the doors.
Lisa- Thanks for stopping by!
Andrea- Wow -definite insomnia! I get that way too! I love the masks aren't they cute?
Debra - All good tips, but put me down for 1 & 3. Those masks are awesome...very creative. Wish I would have thought of it :-)
Mike
Debra if those masks don't scare away the flu then nothing will ...... LOL
Thanks for the advice.
Do they have a happy face mask? I don't think these would go over very well at showings.
Scott
Some of my friends also tell me to wear a mask so that they are not frighted by me when they see me -- LOL.
George-LOL Thanks for stopping by!
