Why would you not post photos of your listing on the MLS? I can see a day or two, but days and weeks later and still no photo - highly frustrating for me as an agent, imagine how you're irritating potential buyers. It's proven that agents and other consumers bypass listings with no photos... people are visual, we want to SEE what we're looking to buy... and we want to see it now.
If you're not putting photos, you:
- Will hopefully be reported to your MLS board
- Will lose many potential buyers - each and every day your photo is missing
- Are a dope :)
