Vacancies go away come back another day

Earlier this year in Sacramento County rental vacancies were near a record high.  Today looking at the inventory level, things are looking up.  Having inventory is a good thing but to much really hurts the market.  I think right now the inventory level is at a good level and hopefully we can keep this pace.  Summer months will be moving time again and filling properties is the name of the game.

Don't venture with what got you to this point.  Make sure to keep prices competitive and return all calls and business will continue to succeed.

Yes, and in returning the calls... and what does it is returning calls PROMPTLY.  If you don't someone else will get the rental!

I agree AND continue to market for new properties.  It is easy to let the vacancies get to you and you loose focus on getting new property clients AND new properties to rent.
