With over 950 dogs coming to town Charlottesville VA will truly be going to the dogs this weekend!
The Charlottesville Albemarle Kennel Club is holding back to back dog shows on Saturday and Sunday this weekend, May 30 and 31. The event will be held at the Foxfield Race Course on Garth Road and will go on all day both days rain or shine. The public is invited.
This is the perfect family activity. In addition to the excitement of watching the various breeds of dogs compete and go on to best in show, it is the perfect opportunity to learn about the many dog breeds. Although there will not be puppies for sale at the show, it is a great time to meet breeders and find research a breed of dog that you might be interested in owning.
So come out to the Charlottesville Albemarle Kennel Club Dog Show, enjoy a day in the country and see all the different breeds.
