Average condominium price - $305,000 down 7.3% from $329,000 same time last year.
For all properties, months of remaining inventory is about 10 months, up from 7 last year.
Across the board, the number of buyers or number of sales are down about 45% from the same time last year.
This makes it a WONDERFUL buyer's market.
Those in for the long haul stand to gain big in the ensuing years.
