Want a Terrific, Practical Closing Gift for Your Clients with RVs?

I learned about a terrific gift for folks who have RVs/motorhomes yesterday. Actually, I knew about it but had not seen it. Plus I got to meet Carl Alaniz, owner and founder of the company (who is also a top producing commercial real estate broker in the Thousand Oaks, CA area).

  • Imagine your RV parked, with your dog inside, while you are out with the family enjoying a picnic. Fido, being a tad upset about being left behind, goes on a rampage, and jumps on the air brake knob. No brakes, and your RV takes off down the hill.

  • Or this scenario. Your youngest is playing in the RV, locks you out, and has a blast pushing every button in sight, including the air brakes. Oops, no brakes, and the RV moves slowly out of your driveway.

Real like stories. Real life problems. And there are lots of stories about damage that COULD have been prevented by installing this simple device. It can happen to anyone!

Absolute Brake is an ingeniously simple gadget that locks about the air brake knob, preventing it from being depressed and releasing the brakes. For about $50 you can give someone a practical gift that can save them a great deal of heartache and potentially a lot of money and damage to their motor home, and to others.

This device is great for trucks and buses, too. A couple of school districts have already installed these in their buses.

And with the lock in place the device also becomes a theft deterrent!

Visit Absolute Brake for more information, a video about how it works, and testimonials. Imagine what a simple, practical gift like this could mean to YOUR clients?!

Rita - I think it's a terrific innovation when you think of the potential consequences. The stories Carl told me were pretty scary.

Interesting. Such a simple concept, yet effective. Did the owner actually invent this lock? I hope he patented it.

Jeff, fido jumping on the air brake knob will not only lead to no more RV, but no more fido :)

Lisa - It IS simple, but pretty significant. And yes, he DID patent it.

George - you always have to add some dark humor, don't you? LOL  That WOULD be a bad case of the dog did it.

Very unique concept Jeff.

It would be cool if you could engrave it somehow with your contact information so whenever your client uses it they see your name.  It is all about being Top of Mind.
