I just wanted to give you a little background on me and why my passion for horses has manifested itself into my Real Estate career.
I was born and raised and I still am a life long resident of New Sewickley Township Beaver County Pa.
I was a member of a traditional country family. My grandparents owned and operated a dairy farm adjacent to our farm. We all worked and learned all the traditional secrets of old style farming at their farm.
At our farm we began raising horses when I was 5 years old. Each of us girls (4) started out with ponies and eventually moved to pure bred, top blood line Quarter horses and Arabians.
We began our 4H participation at age 9 years old. We started showing our horses that same year. We showed in Pennsylvania, West Virginia, and Ohio every weekend during the months of April through October. I have shown in the "Showmanship", "Equitation", "Western" and "English classes.
We became very proficient in the horse breeding process. We have maintained the blood line of our horses through out the years with my mares. One sister owned and operated her own Arabian breeding farm with an East Coast Champion Stallion.
I am convinced that experience not only in Real Estate but in Horse farms themselves is necessary to make a smooth transaction when buying or selling this kind of property. I have been certified as an Equine Real Estate Specialist.
I chose this specialty simply because I know the joy such property can bring to an entire generation and beyond.
