Today was a most unusual day. I have been working on getting an oceanfront house under contract for the past few days....and a buyer called me yesterday to show him some condos on Caswell Beach. I showed the couple 3 units. Today they called me back and wanted to see if I could draw up the contract. Guess what I said............YES OF COURSE I CAN MEET YOU AT THE UNIT TO GET THE CONTRACT SIGNED...and I did. We are negotiating that contract as I wait...
