The 203k is an excellent option for getting handicap access to a home. Ramps, wider doors, improving access to showers, etc... all these repairs can be added to your 203k scope of work. If your client is looking for a home and finds it but it needs work for accessibility... the 203k is an option for you.
Appraiser should remember that you can't add or remove value for handicapped access.
