Hello Blog People,

I am taking a really killer internet class to learn how to optimize my presence on the web. Dave Hall is an awesome instructor and this is my first homework assignment, which is late by the way! I have never written a blog so bear with me.

I have been selling real estate for 3 years and whoaaaaa what a roller coaster ride! My business is mainly short sales right now and I don't have to tell you have much fun I am having!!! I have been married for 28 years ( that should get me some comments....ha ha ) and I have 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren. Yes, that means I am alittle older than some. In my spare time ( not much!) I love to hang out with my family and go fishing and my husband and I love to ride our motorcylcles. I live in the Oceanway area of Jacksonville ( no....I am not a red-neck, I am part of the new Oceanway ) and I love it out there! Everyone should bring a fishing pole or a crab string out to some of our numerous fishing holes! I'm in agreement with the old school philosophy. Through the years, I learned the most important sales tip I had ever been given and that came from the best sales pro I knew....my father...he always told me to be a good listener...everything else will follow...this is a great blog!

Welcome to the world of blogging and if you stick with it, it will increase your business! Congrats of 28 years of marriage, that does say a lot about you in todays world. I hit 16 years today and like real estate you have to work at a marriage to have it be successful!
