Peg, Melissa, Kelly, Maureen: Staging when the home is priced for today's market is a winning combination. The homes we have been emptying lately have been due to a sale rather than owners deciding to rent them out.
Beth: I had another question about the paint. The owner told me that she painted the living room many years ago and she now lives in SC. All she could remember was that it was a Ralph Lauren color with a little white mixed in with it. It was more of a blue/green color.
