No time like the present
Having just joined the ReMax brand of Real Estate after 16 years in the business, I must say I'm impressed! I have lived and worked in the Tampa Bay area for my entire Real Estate career. Having been the SOB of an ERA franchise for many years "Son of the Broker"! We decided to sell the franchise in late 05 and I took a break from Real estate and headed for New Orleans after Katrina to help with the the Disaster relief efforts. In the future I will write more on that but for now I'll stick with the present.
It's only been a week or so since I made the move but already I am sure I've made the right decision. Moving to ReMax Top Notch and Associates in Westchase (The Welcome center on Radcliffe Dr,) has given me a new perspective! Lets face it, my desk overlooks the 1st green of the Westchase golf course and my office is much closer to home then the office i moved to after selling our brokerage. So how can I go wrong? Well I'm sure where there's a will there's a way. Not for me though!
I'm ready for the resurgance of the Real Estate market! I see the chance we all have to help people save their homes from Forclosure by offering the possibility of a short sale or even possibly helping them start the process for a loan modifaoication. We as agents are all in a great posistion to act as Forwardthinking, Ethical, and Caring people for the sake of our communities as well as the economy!
Just think, as we begin to see the Real Estate market get back on track, how many other industries will follow suit. Just ask yourself how many of these industries were directly or indirectly affected by the down turn of the housing industry? Builders, Plumbers, Painters, Handymen, Landscapers, Interior Decorators, and the list goes on and on,. So much industry is directly affected by the housing industry and I'm sure as the market stablizes we will all breathe a collective sigh of relief. AS WE WAIT IN JOYFUL HOPE! We can all be sure with a bit of faith good things will come!
