I've just completed earning the CDPE Designation (Certified Distressed Property Expert). It's hard to consider myself an "expert", but I certainly have a lot more accurate information about what is now involved in this shifting market and financial crunch facing so many people. The biggest suggestion I can make is to let it be known to anyone who may have friends possibly needing financial help to contact an educated CDPE Realtor or lender who can show them the options that may be open to them before they hit "the big train wreck around the corner."
