Great Time To Buy

Wow!  After all my years in real estate I have never seen a better time to buy a home.  Not only are their low interest rates (yes, even with the rate slightly up) but there is an $8,000 stimulous package for Buyers to take advantage of.  When I purchased my home in the late '80's the intrest rates were 18% and up.  Most of my real esate career they hovered around 7 - 8 %.  Please be sure to take advantage of this time to purchase a home; if you qualify and are comfortable with a home payment after looking at your budget.  Despite what people think, the Dallas, Texas market is moving.  My business is growing again.  Jump on in, the market is great for Buyers.
