The local market is beginning to come back with a vengeance. We are seeing buyers with cash and sellers beginning to see sales come their way. The National Association of REALTORS® reported that existing home sales nationwide are up 6.7%. That is good news for everyone. Our local median existing home sale price rose by Approximately 3% in the month of may according to NTREIS.
