Well, lately it has been a time of trials and certainly makes this song more meaningful. I hope it will be an inspiration to you that no matter what comes at you, we need to keep our faith.
We tend to focus on the negative too much so even though I am mentioning some of the negative things for this week, I want everyone to know that along with the negative comes the positive. Remember, the rain falls on the just and unjust. In other words, ALL of us will get the good and the bad. No one is protected by a SUPER COATING.
Negative - I had an Under Contract go to Termination status because the report(s) showed too much damage. Seller (Fannie Mae) was not willing to come off any so my client walked and now we are back on the search. Postive - We did our reports during our due diligence time and client will get back all of her $2K+ EM. And, she's sticking with me to keep on looking! :-) Positive+ - I had a closing today so even though the other fell through......
Negative - My home computer CRASHED!!!
Until I decide which way to go on another one, I have to go to the office and do EVERYTHING from there. I really am spoiled with having a home office! Positive - I have another one to work off at my office!
Negative - Keep in mind same week....My car started running hot on my way back fro
m a showing and turns out my radiator needed to be replaced. So, I leave it and get a call from the mechanic that while starting to work on the radiator, he found that my water pump was needing to be replaced also! Positive - Found a GREAT mechanic about a year ago, that does all my maintenance on my car, so when he says, "it's so and so" I believe him! I found out that a male agent at my office uses him also. This probably does not mean anything to you fellows but it does to us gals!
ENOUGH ALREADY!!! So, do you get my point here? We take the good along with the bad and KNOW that it will get better. My week is ending on a POSITIVE...just got a phone call from a client whose now ready to make an offer! GOT TO WALK BY FAITH!!!
